Plain Hardboard
In terms of density, fiberboards can be categorized as hardboards, medium-density fiberboards, and low-density fiberboards. Hardboard is an engineered wood product that is made out of highly compressed wood fibers. The plain hardboard is commonly smooth on one side, and has a density of more than 900kg/m3. Our plain hardboard is characterized by its excellent tensile strength, water resistance, impact resistance, hardness, rigidity, etc. Currently, it is widely used for construction activities, furniture making, room decoration, automobile accessories, and packaging (food, fruit, and steel coil). It is also used in the production of photo frame backs, baby carriers, and cribs, just to name a few.

Manufacturing Technique
Unlike the MDF process, the hardboard uses wet hot pressing,Wood chips through mechanical pulping of wood chips to fibers (refining), the fibers are interwoven with each other and are combined together under the action of mechanical force. The curing effect of the resin glue bonds the fibers together. The slab from the forming machine contains a lot of free water and bound water. After entering the hot press, with the help of mechanical force in the water squeezing section, the free water in the slab is almost completely removed in liquid form. Through squeezing water, the slab structure is initially compacted,After pressing, the boards are cooled, trimmed, and sawed to final dimensions. Finally, the finished product is packaged for shipment after our quality inspector checking.
