Shanghai Sindo Panel Company Ltd., located in the biggest city of China, Shanghai, is a manufacturer and exporter of various kind of wood products from China. Founded in 2002, we offer a wide variety of wood products including plywood, film faced plywood, Plain MDF, Hardboard, and different kinds of fancy items, like Melamine/paper/veneer/polyster faced items. With over fifteen years of experience in the manufacturing and exporting of wood products, we have created our own trademark and brand, "Sindoply", "Sindoplex",” Falconply", Swan", and "Spark". Which are famous and well accepted by the clients all over the world. We also can offer OEM service. Our major market include Mid east area ( Dubai, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), African countries ( Algeria, Nigeria, Egypt, Kenya, Sudan), Europe ( Germany, France, Romania, Georgia), North America ( USA, Canada, Mexico), South America ( Chile, Peru), Australia, New Zealand and some Asian countries.
As a company specialized in exporting wood products for 20 years, we are very aware of several pain points which customers are most concerned about.
Quality
It’s always at the first. We have a very professional QC team, strictly control each process of production from the source of raw materials to packaging, to ensure the quality meet customers’ requirement.
Delivery time
Except for our own investment and share-holding factories, we have many cooperative factories. These factories have cooperated with us for many years and can agree with our view of quality first. They fully accept our quality supervision and guidance. In this way, we can maximize our production capacity. At present, the total capacity of our various products reaches 15000 to 20000 cubic meter per month, to ensure we can deliver goods in the shortest time after customer placing order.
Price
our factories are all located in the raw material source areas, we can buy preferential raw materials at any time. Factories are close to sea port, the transport cost is low, which can make our product price competitive in the market.
After-sales service
Although we have a complete quality control system, it is inevitable that there will be some small problems occasionally. We will communicate with customers in time. If it is really our problem, we will be responsible for it, and compensate customers through friendly negotiation. We never ignore customers’ complaint, never evade our responsibility.
Our company's target is not to become the largest wood products supplier in China, but to become the most professional wood products supplier in China, providing customers with one-stop service of whole supply chain, so that customers can safely purchase all kinds of wood products through us.
