The first thing when LVL Plywood seeps through is to understand the reason for the seepage. The general situation can be analyzed from two important points: 1) The glue is too thin or the amount of glue is too large, and the aging time is too short. ; 2) The temperature of the hot pressing is too high or the pressure is too high during processing. Once you know the reason, you can take specific measures. You can improve the quality of the veneer, choose a good-quality glue, the method and use of the glue should be moderate, and the hot pressing temperature should be mastered to avoid damage to the LVL plywood.
